THE BRIEF
Flipkart wanted a consistent, high-quality content presence across Instagram and YouTube, focused on tech and lifestyle. The goal was to build genuine, sustained engagement at scale without losing quality.
WHAT WE DID
We built a dedicated content studio from scratch covering strategy, creative direction, production, animation, writing, and social media management. Working continuously from August 2020, we produced stop-motion video, point-to-camera, live-streamed content, GIFs, and stills (each format chosen to serve a specific audience behaviour). More than 1,000 minutes of video content produced across the studio's lifetime.
THE OUTCOME
The content accumulated 10 million cumulative views across Instagram and YouTube, with an average engagement rate of 6.41%, which is considerably above the category average.
